Public plugin

Lukecho Media Studio has no Lukecho account system or telemetry and therefore holds no plugin customer dataset to delete.

Before hosted launch

No public production account system is currently active, so there is no hosted customer dataset to delete.

After launch

Users will begin a request from the support page and complete identity verification through the connected marketplace account. Do not place personal identifiers or credentials in a public issue.

Scope

After verification, the service will delete account, installation, entitlement, and job metadata associated with the request, subject to legal and security retention requirements.

Timing

Verified deletion requests will be completed within 30 days. Marketplace cancellation may trigger the same process automatically.
